channa (pre soaked)- 40gm capcicum (finely chopped) -50 gm carrots (grated)- 40 gm curd (smooth beaten)- 50 gm spices - black salt or pink salt, black pepper
Direction
Step-1
take a bowl and beat curd for few minutes till is smooth. add 1-2 sppon water for good consistency.
Add spices per your taste and mix well.
Add chopped & grated veggies mentioned above and mix.
Ready to eat or Chill it for some time and enjoy.
Step-2
