How to make curd rice with a twist
Step-1
1.Pressure cook cleaned 100gm rice for 3-4 whistles with green peas and chopped tomatoes.
2.Mean while mix curd for smooth texture with salt, coriender leaves & little water.
3.Tadka prepration: In a small vessel heat up 1/2 spoon ghee with curry leaves, cumin seeds, green chillies with Asafoetida.
Step-2
Finale🍲 mix 1& 2 and give tadka with the 3rd mixture.
