curd rice with a twist
- rice, curd, 20gm green peas, coriender leaves, 1/2 chopped tomato, 2 chopped green chillies
- salt, ghee , cumin seeds, 7-8 curry leaves
- 1small cup water
1.Pressure cook cleaned 100gm rice for 3-4 whistles with green peas and chopped tomatoes. 2.Mean while mix curd for smooth texture with salt, coriender leaves & little water. 3.Tadka prepration: In a small vessel heat up 1/2 spoon ghee with curry leaves, cumin seeds, green chillies with Asafoetida.
Finale🍲 mix 1& 2 and give tadka with the 3rd mixture. Ready to eat👍
