How to make Curd Rice

Step-1

Mix cooked rice(after cooling down) in curd. Add a little bit of salt in it.

Step-2

In tadka, add asafoetida, ginger, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves. Add this to curd and rice mixture and garnish it with masala mirchi if you like.
