Ingredients for Cucumber Raita & Paneer ghee roast
- › Cucumber - 120 gms
- › Coriander - 30 gms
- › Curd - 100 gms
- › Paneer - 50 gms
- › Ghee - 8 gms
- › Spices - Coriander powder, Cumin powder, chilli powder, salt
Method
1. Chop Cucumber and coriander finely
2. Mix - curd, veggies and spices together
3. Add ghee in pan and roast paneer from both sides
