Ingredients for Cucumber Pomogrenate Raita
- › Cucumber - 2 whole medium sized
- › Probiotic curd - 200gm
- › Himalayan pink salt- to taste
- › Roasted flax seed powder- 1 tablespoon
- › Pomegranate pearls- 100 gm
- › Red chilli powder- 1 tablespoon
1. 1- In a bowl add chopped cucumber, curd, salt, flax seed powder, red chilli powder, pomegranate pearls. 2- Mix them well and the healthy raita is ready. 3- Green chilli finely chopped is optional instead of red.
