- 2 cucumber
- 50gms Rice Rava + Rice flour ( 25gms each)
- 20gms shredded coconut
- 2 green chillies
- Coriander leaves
- 2 gms Ghee
Step 1 - Mix rice flour, rice rava,coriander leaves,green chillies finely chopped,pinch of salt and 2 gms of ghee with water in one bowl. It should be bit watery not completely.
Step 2 - keep it for half an hour
Step 3 - Keep non sticky dosa pan on flame
Step 4 - Make dosa on pan or you can make thepala or thalipat out of it as normally we do🙌🏻. I have made it thepla
We can eat this dosa with yogurt and pickle or can be eaten directly.
