Ingredients for Cucumber Cheela
- › Soya flour - 40 gms
- › Besan - 40 gms
- › Cucumber - 100 gms
- › Onion & Coriander - 50 gms together
- › Ghee - 8 gms
- › Spices - Cumin powder, Coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt - as per taste
Method
1. Grate Cucumber and chop onion and coriander finely
2. Mix all ingredients and spices together
3. Add water to adjust consistency
4. Brush tava with ghee and spread the batter evenly
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame
6. Flip and cook from other side too for 2 minutes
7. Tasty & healthy cucumber Cheela is ready 🤩
8. Note - above qty makes approx 3 cheelas
