Ingredients for Cuban Chicken Sandwiches
- › 100gms chicken
- › 4 bread slices
- › 100gms veggies (spinach, beans, carrots, onions, tomatoes)
- › 10gms mayonnaise
- › 2 cheese slices
- › 12.5gms cooking butter
Method
1. Keep marinaded chicken in a skillet and let it sear in butter
2. Add veggies to it
3. Keep bread slices on another pan and toast the in butter
4. Add cheese slices to 2 bread slices and let them melt
5. Add mayo on the remaining 2 bread slices
6. Transfer the chicken and veggies to the slices
7. Cut diagonally and serve
8. Have some diet coke along with it if you like it
