  • Recipe Ingredients list1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Combine all ingredients in a bowl & set aside.

Direction

Step-1

Preheat oven to 350 grams

Step-2

Grease a 9 inch glass or ceramic deep dish pie pan

Step-3

Brown the mince in a frypan.

Step-4

Add taco seasoning & stir.

Step-5

Spread the mince into greased pie dish.

Step-6

In a large bowl combine eggs, cream and garlic. Pour slowly over the beef mix in the dish.

Step-7

Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until the centre is set and cheese is browned.

Step-8

Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
