Ingredients for Crunchy peanut chicken
- › Chicken - 400 grams
- › Ginger garlic paste.
- › Salt
- › Lemon juice
- › Capcicum - 100 grams
- › Onion-100 grams
- › Oil-10 grams
- › Chilli powder
- › Vinegar
- › Soya Sauce
- › Green chilli sauce
Method
1. Marinade the chicken in the Chilli powder, Lemon juice and Salt.
2. Keep aside for one hour.
3. Grease the pan with 5ml oil and heat it.
4. When hot, put place the chicken on the pan and let it cook for a minute or two on high flame.
5. Flip it over and let it cook on the other side for two minutes.
6. Lower the flame, sprinkle a little water,cover the pan and cook till chicken is done. Make sure the water is evaporated.
7. Once the chicken is cooked remove from the pan.
8. Add a little oil to the pan.
9. Add the Onions and let is fry till it starts changing colour. Add the capsicum at this point
10. Add the peanut butter and a little water. This help in mixing the peanut butter with every thing. Otherwise it remains as one thick clump.
11. Add all the sauces and peper powder and stir well.
12. Crush the roasted peanuts into small crunchy pieces.
13. Add the chicken and crushed peanuts, toss it well so that mixes in with all the sauces.
14. Serve hot.
