Croque Madame (for Egg lovers )
- Bread (fresh from the bakery... of your choice ) Eggs (2) Salt, pepper, and form of chilly tomato sauce ... preferably fresh made
Lightly toast your bread (with or without butter ) Take a non stick pan for the eggs.... directly crack the eggs in little water(20ml) ... don’t move the yolks.... add salt , pepper, herbs of your choice.... once the egg starts cooking... add fresh chilli and tomato sauce and cover with a lid for 30second. Now place the egg inside the bread and voila!
