Ingredients for Crispy Soya Manchurian
- › 40gms Soya Chunks
- › 5gms Ghee
- › Diced Onion,Ginger Garlic paste, Capsicum,Lemon Juice
- › 1tspoon Chilli Tomato ketchup,1tsp Soya sauce
- › Salt to taste
Method
1. Roast Soya Chunks till it becomes crispy
2. In a pan take ghee saute all veggies
3. Add Sauce and salt
4. Mix Roasted Soya chunks
5. Garnish with coriander and ready to eat
