Step-1

Roast Soya Chunks till it becomes crispy

In a pan take ghee saute all veggies

Mix Roasted Soya chunks

Garnish with coriander and ready to eat

Reading Step 1, I am assuming you have soaked it in water, dried and then roasted till it's crispy. This is not dry roasting of soya?
