- › curd- 50 gram soya chunk-50 gram Oil- 5 gram half onion and half tomato some spices - salt, pepper, Maggie massala, chaat masala, coriander powder, chilly powder.
1. Mid Eve meal Take 50 gram soya chunks 1)boil them in hot water for 5 mins and then squeeze all the water from soya chunk. 2)Take 50 gram curd and add salt , pepper, Maggie masala, chaat masala , coriander powder. 3) Mix curd and soya chunk , marinate for 10 mins 4) Keep it in a air fryer at 180° for 10 mins 5) sprinkle with onion , tomato and some coriander chutney
