- › paneer - 75 grams red chilli powder /black pepper ,Chaat masala ,lemon juice - as per taste
1. cut paneer in thin slices ..keep on hot tava or frying pan. can use some oil but it came out quite crispy without oil too ..turn to other side once one side is done ...sprinkle chilli powder,Chaat masala ,lemon juice....and it's ready !!!Yummy yummy Yummy ..in my tummy ...:)
