Ingredients for Crispy bread paneer poha
- › Bread - 2 slices ( crumbed)
- › Paneer - 50 g ( chopped finely)
- › Desi ghee - 5 gms
- › Small tomato-1 chopped.
- › Chopped green chillies
- › Kari patta, mustard seeda, heeng.
- › Haldi and salt to taste.
Method
1. Heat ghee. Add mustard seeda, heeng and karipatta.
2. Once mustard crackels add green chillis. Cook for 30 sec. add haldi n salt.
3. Add paneer. Saute well for 2 mins
4. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook for a minute.
5. Add bread crumbs. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins. Keep stirring.
6. Serve hot with green chutney.
