How to make Crispy bread paneer poha
Heat ghee. Add mustard seeda, heeng and karipatta.
Once mustard crackels add green chillis. Cook for 30 sec. add haldi n salt.
Add paneer. Saute well for 2 mins
Add chopped tomatoes. Cook for a minute.
Add bread crumbs. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins. Keep stirring.
Serve hot with green chutney.
