Crispy and Spicy jumbo prawns
- Prawns 150gm
- Poha 25 gm
- oil/ghee/butter -5 ml
- coarsely ground pepper
- turmeric powder
- chilli powder
- few drops of lemon juice
- ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Marinate prawns with salt, turmeric, chilli powder, pepper, ginger garlic paste and few drop of lemon juice. mix well and set aside.
Dry roast poha in a tawa and grind it to a course powder similar to bread crumbs.
coat each of the marinated prawns in the poha powder.
heat up a tawa, add oil and fry until the prawns are cooked and crispy.
or use spray oil. one spray on the tawa, arrange all prawns and one more spray on the prawns. The end result will be as in the picture.
