Pomphret 400 grams
Egg 1
Bread crumbs 30 grams
Oil for shallow fry 1 tablespoon
Salt Pepper Red Chilli powder Sambhar masala
Lime /lemon juice 1 tsp

Step-1
Wash fish properly and put slits in centre
Step-2
Marinade the fish with red chilli powder , sambhar masal , salt and lime juice

In a bowl break and beat one egg properly
Step-4
Take a wide plate and add half of the crumbs
Step-5
Now heat a pan and add oil to it
Step-6
Dip each fish in the egg and coat well with crumbs
Both sides
Step-7
Now shallow fry the fish both sides on medium to high flame ( 10 minutes both sides )

Serve with greens and sides of your choice
