High protein Soya Bhurji
- Soya Chunks(55 g)
- Low fat cheese(20g)
- Peas (20g)
- Milk (50-60ml)
- Ketchup (15g)
- Oregano, capsicum
Boil soya in cooker and then rinse in cold water. Remove excess water from soya and then blend it in a grinder.
Add teaspoon ghee in pan, add capsicum and grinded soya in the pan. Add spices according to taste. Keep moving for few minutes.
Add milk and peas. On top of it add cheese.
Cover the pan with a plate and let the cheese spread on soya by steam. After 2-3 minute, remove the plate and serve yourself.
