Oil - 2g
Butter - 8g
Ginger and Garlic - Little Chopped
Green Chillis - 2 Chopped
Onions - 1/4 Small Sliced
Veggies (Capsicum, Carrot) - Hand Full Sliced
Spices Needed - Salt, Pepper Powder, Oregano, Chilli Flakes
Mozzarella Cheese - 15g
Pasta (Any type) - 50g Uncooked
Milk - 100ml
Take a vessel and add half oil and butter and heat. Then add and Saute Ginger & Garlic on low flame.
Add green chili, Onions and all veggis and sauté for till cooked
Add Pepper & Salt. Sauté for a min and remove into a bowl.
In same pan add remaining oil and butter and Add tbsp flour. Cook until color changes on low flame for a min.
Add milk and mix for a min and then add all dry spices (Pepper powder, Salt, Oregano, Chilli flakes) and mix well for a min
Add Mozzarella cheese and Mix for a min then Add Little Pasta water. Combine well to get a smooth and creamy texture. (Boil pasta at the beginning with little salt)
Now add those cooked Veggies and cooked pasta. Mix well and add cooked veg options(Panner, tofu, soya) or non veg options (chicken,shrimp). Done
