Creamy Paneer kalimiri.
- Paneer 50gm , 5gm oil/ghee
- 50gm cream
- onion,ginger,garlic paste
- lemon juice
- paprika powder,garam masala,salt, crushed black pepper
- coriander/mint/basil for garnish
Heat a pan add cumin seeds onion ,ginger garlic paste let it suate and change the color. Add pepper+garam masala+salt+paprika powder+salt to taste let it suate nicely toll it tutn brown in color.
Add lil warm water and let it simmer. Add paneer cubes and cook for 2-4 min. At the end add fresh cream and mix add lemon juice. Garnish with basil/coriander/ mint Serve with bread or rice. Its the most comforting food you'll have for dinner.
