Ingredients for Creamy Mushroom
- › 100gm mushroom, 1/4 cup cream milk, 1/2 chopped onion, garlic 2-3 nods, 1table spoon butter, salt, pepper, 1 1/2 cupps of vegetable stock or water, 1 spoon corn flour or all purpoose flour, herbs(thyme or desi coriander😊)
1. clean & thinly slice mushroom🍄🍄. Add butter to frying pan > warm up >add chopped onion + garlic > saute well > add mushroom ,saute well & simmer > after cooked well add flour and mix well(I usually skip this🤫)>add water or broth, salt, pepper, herbs > bring it to boil > take out half mushrom to blend > add blended mushroom puree + milk to boiling stock & mix well > simmer for 1 minute to get creamy consistency > serve hot in a bowl with crushed pepper 🥣
