Creamy Chicken Mushroom Pasta
- 100gmChicken breast boneless
- 50gm wheat pasta(penne)
- 10gm butter
- Mushroom 25gm
- For white Sauce:- 10gm Maida
- 200ml low fat milk
- 5gm butter
- Herbs (oregano,chilly flakes,dried garlic,salt,dried parsley,black pepper) you can only add oregano ,black pepper,salt anf chilly flakes.
Boil Pasta in a pan as 2-3 drop oil to avoid sticking. Drain the excess water and keep it aside.
10gm butter in a pan add garpic paste ,pepper and add shredded chicken or very tiny pieces of chicken. Add salt to taste. Add mushroom to it let it cook till soft. keep it aside once cooked.
For sauce:- add 5gm butter to the pan. add maida to it and let it roast. add 200ml milk and stir it continuously to avoid any lump. add pepper,herbs,chilly flake, salt to taste.
Add everything together and done!
