Direction

Step-1

Clean and chop mushrooms

Step-2

Heat butter in non stick pan and add mushrooms, sauté it

Step-3

Add salt, mushrooms will leave lots of water , let them cook on medium flame

Step-4

Mix wheat flour in milk nicely,there should be no lumps

Step-5

Add this to mushrooms slowly stirring continuesly

Step-6

Add water if it is too thick , make like creamy white sauce like consistency

Step-7

Add pepper powder, any seasoning you like and grated cheese
