How to make Creamy Cauliflower and Potato Soup

Step-1

Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil on medium heat until the onions turn pink

Step-2

Add the cauliflower florets and chopped potatoes and mix well

Step-3

Add salt and turmeric powder

Step-4

Add 2 cups of water, bring everything to a boil and cover the pot for 20 minutes (add more water if required)

Step-5

Turn off the heat and add 5 grams of butter and blend everything with an electric hand mixer or in a blender.

Step-6

Serve hot.
