How to make Creamy cauli garlic soup with burnt onion rings
Step-1
1-In a nonstick pan heat 3g oil,fry onion rings till brown& crisp , keep aside
Step-2
2-Add chopped garlic in the pan stir and add cauliflower florets ( garlic should remain white , do not burn till brown )
Step-3
3-add salt and little. Water
Step-4
4-Cover with lid and cook till cauli is little tender
Step-5
5-Cool and remove caulifower
Step-6
6-Grind in mixer with 5 g flour to form a smooth creamy paste
Step-7
7-Cook this paste on a slow flame
Add water if too thick , cosistancy should be that of thick creamy soup
Step-8
8-Add black pepper and adjust salt
Step-9
9- Garnish with burnt onion rings & serve hot , enjoy!!!!!
