Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Mushroom (100 GM's)
- Onion (12 GM's)
- Fresh Cream (5gms)
- Butter (5gms)
- Salt and Italian Spices such as Oregano, Seasoning, Parsley
Cut mushroom and onion in small pieces.
Add butter to pan and saute mushroom.
Now take grinder the mushroom in a grinder
With leftover butter in the pan, saute onion
Add grinded mushroom to onion and saute for a while
once the water is boiled, add salt black pepper and other iitalian spices as you may like
Add fresh cream and serve with a smile :)
Bonus Step : add boiled egg to make the nutritional profile more dense. You may add few GM's of maida/cournflour to make the consistency more thick.
