- › Broccoli-100g Corn (optional)-20g Cream-25g Cheese-25g Corn flour -5g
1. 1. Boil broccoli and corn with water in a pressure cooker 2. Once the steam is gone, add cream and cheese and stir ! Smash the broccoli if you do not like it chunkier 3.add salt , chilli flakes, oregano and pepper as per your taste! 4. Lastly add corn flour mixed with cold water into the soup and mix for few mins. 5. And it’s ready to eat
