Ingredients for Cream Of Broccoli and Roasted Almonds Soup
- › Broccoli 300 gms
- › Almonds 5 gms
- › Coconut Milk 200 ml
1. Chop and Blanch one full head of broccoli (300 GM's approx), including the stalks in slated water. Puree this in a blender. transfer to a sauce pan and add 200 ml Coconut milk and bring to a boil. Chop some almonds into half and dry roast them on a griddle. Garnish on top and enjoy
