Cray fish 200 grams
Canned tomato paste 1 tablespoon
1 medium size onion, green chillies, 3-4 garlic , small piece of ginger everything chopped fine
Oil 10 ml
Salt pepper as per taste
Direction
Step-1
Heat oil in a cast iron pan
Step-2
Wash cray fish and drain the water thoroughly
Step-3
Add chopped fine veggies to oil and cook on high for 1 minute
Step-4
Now add cray fish cook for 10 minutes and add tomato paste , salt and pepper .
Step-5
Add 1 cup of water and bring it to boil for 10 more minutes
Step-6
Serve hot with noodle, bread or rice and salads on side
