Ingredients for Cous-cous
- › Ghee
- › Cous cous
- › Cranberry
- › Almond
- › Assorted steamed vegetables
- › Garlic
Method
1. In Ghee, deep fry the almonds. Take out and keep aside
2. Add garlic to the ghee and roast till brown
3. Add boiled cous cous, vegetables
4. Take off heat and garnish with cranberry and fried almonds
5. Can add Halloumi cheese or Paneer to increase protein macros. Can be made Vegan if any other vegetable fat medium is used
