How to make Cous-cous

Step-1

In Ghee, deep fry the almonds. Take out and keep aside

Step-2

Add garlic to the ghee and roast till brown

Step-3

Add boiled cous cous, vegetables

Step-4

Take off heat and garnish with cranberry and fried almonds

Step-5

Can add Halloumi cheese or Paneer to increase protein macros. Can be made Vegan if any other vegetable fat medium is used
