How to make Coucous Salad
Step-1
Soak Half cup of coucous to half cup of hot water and cover it for 15/20 mins.Dice the grilled or boiled chicken ,boil or microwave the green peas and corn for few mins and then add all the ingredients together. Handle it very lightly while mixing.Mix lemon and salt to your taste.
