Ingredients for Cottage Cheese & Broccoli Patty
- › Cottage Cheese (grated) - 100gms
- › Broccoli (grated) - 100gms
- › Butter/Ghee - 10gms
- › Origano+Chilli flakes+ Pepper+ Salt+ Ginger-garlic paste
- › Isabghol
- › Chaat masala/Lemon (optional)
Method
1. Blanche the broccoli & squeeze out all extra water
2. Mix all the ingredients (except ghee & Isabghol) into a soft dough
3. Divide into 6 portions & give a desired shape to the patty
4. Roll it over Isabghol
5. Shallow fry on pan using fats
6. In case you like sprinkle Chaat masala or lemon
