Cottage Cheese (grated) - 100gms
Broccoli (grated) - 100gms
Butter/Ghee - 10gms
Origano+Chilli flakes+ Pepper+ Salt+ Ginger-garlic paste
Isabghol
Chaat masala/Lemon (optional)
Direction
Step-1
Blanche the broccoli & squeeze out all extra water
Step-2
Mix all the ingredients (except ghee & Isabghol) into a soft dough
Step-3
Divide into 6 portions & give a desired shape to the patty
Step-4
Roll it over Isabghol
Step-5
Shallow fry on pan using fats
Step-6
