- 3small cups of corns, 1 small cup pulses
- spices- fresh ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilly flakes, coriander leaves
- oil to brushup pan
soak overnight pulses and corn in plain water. grind it finely in the morning and add all the spices. Check the batter not to be watery in consistency. Thick batter like indian sweet pancakes😉. Brush up a heated pan with oil and spread a small size thick batter & and cover it with a lid for few seconds. once the base is crisp toss upside down and again get it cooked by covering with lid for few seconds. your meal s ready to eat.
