Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listSuji - 40 grams Urad dal powder - 20 grams Soya granules powder - 10 grams Curd - 15 grams Corn (boiled) - 50 grams Chopped capsicum - 25 grams Green chilli paste - 1/2 tsp (to taste) Cumin seed powder - 1/4 tsp Asafoetida (hing) - pinch Finely chopped coriander - 1 tbsp Salt - to taste Fruit salt - 1/4 tsp

Direction

Step-1

Combine all ingredients, except fruit salt with enough water to make think paste and mix well

Step-2

Just before making the waffles, add the fruit salt (eno) and a tsp of water and mix gently

Step-3

Pre-heat a waffle and lightly grease with little oil

Step-4

Pour a portion of waffle batter and spread evenly and cook for 6-8 minutes or till waffle is golden brown in color

Step-5

Repeat to make 2 more waffles

Step-6

You can garnish with grated cheese (if you have it in your diet)

P.S. I have adjusted the quantities as per my diet plan, you can tweak it to suit your diet. I could make three small size waffles with this
