- wheat flour 40gm
- soya chunks 60gm
- whey concentrate 2 scoop
- ghee 30gm
- milk 60ml
- erythritol 1 cup
- vanilla essence or any other flavour
grind soya chunks to make powder. and keep the oven to pre heat for 10min at 180℃>
take all ingredients at room temperature.
take ghee and add erythritol into it and whip it to make it fluffy and light. mix vanilla essence in it and mix.
add all the dry ingredients into it. ( sieve them and add)
add milk and make dough. don't add all milk in one go.
make dough balls ( I made 14 out of it) so gave macros of 01 cookie here.
grease the microwave tawa with 1 drop of ghee.
keep dough ball in oven for 15 mints at 180℃.
let it cool down and store.
