3 crustless bread slices (wholewheat/ brown)
50gm Low fat Dahi
75gm veggies of your choice (bell peppers, cucumber, onion, tomato)
2 Tsp green chutney (corriander, mint, ginger, garlic, green chilli, salt, lemon - blend all to make spicy tangy chutney)
1 cheese slice
75 gm Low fat Paneer
Salt, pepper, Chilli flakes, sandwich masala
Zero calorie Thousand island dressing (I used waldorf farms)
Dice paneer into tiny cubes or grate it in a mixing bowl.
Chop all the veggies in tiny cubes and add to the paneer bowl.
Further, add low fat dahi, thousand island dressing and spices as per taste.
Apply green chutney on all three slices of bread.
Assemble the sandwich by placing the paneer-veggie mixture on slice of bread.
Place another slice of bread and a cheese slice. Top it up again with the paneer mixture.
Finish assembling by placing the third slice of bread on top.
The healthier version of cold club sandwich is ready to serve with ketchup (optional).
