Coffee time protien cake
- Chocolate whey 1 scoop 1 banana (70 grams after peeling) Butter 7 grams Wheat flour 20 grams 1 egg white Coco powder 1 tea spoon Vanila essence a few drops Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon Baking soda a pinch or two
Grind together whey, banana, 5 grams butter, coco powder, egg white, wheat flour and Vanila essence. Preheat air frier for 7-8 mins. Now add baking soda and baking powder to the above batter and gentle mix it. Greese the baking tin with 2 grams butter and pour the batter in it. Bake it in air frier for 5 mins. Let the cake cool down before demoulding it. I got 5 pieces from this and it really goes well with ur garma garam chai and black coffee.
