Coffee-Infused Overnight Proats
- Traditional rolled Oats : 45 g
- Chia Seeds : 15 g
- Vanilla Whey Protein Powder : 20 g
- Almond Milk : 100 ml
- Double Shot Espresso coffee : 2 cups
- Banana : 100 g
- Maple Syrup : 15 ml
- Coffee Beans : 5 g
In a jar, add oats, coffee, almond, milk, protein powder and chia seeds.
Put the lid on the jar and give it a shake.
Re-open the jar and add the sliced banana, a small amount of coffee beans and a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup.
Put the lid back on the jar and place mixture in the fridge to chill overnight.
