Ingredients for Coffee High protein Cake
- › 50 gm rolled oats - grinded
- › 2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- › 2 large eggs
- › 100ml full fat milk
- › 1 tsp baking soda
- › 1 tsp baking powder
- › 20gm butter - melted
- › 2tsp instant coffee mixed in 2tsp milk
- › Stevia
Method
1. Mix all dry ingredients together
2. Mix egg, milk and butter. Beat for 5 minutes
3. Fold in wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
4. Grease baking pan with the remaining traces of butter
5. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes
