Coffee High protein Cake

20gmIngredients
50 gm rolled oats - grinded
2 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 large eggs
100ml full fat milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
20gm butter - melted
2tsp instant coffee mixed in 2tsp milk

Step-1
Mix all dry ingredients together
Step-2
Mix egg, milk and butter. Beat for 5 minutes
Step-3
Fold in wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
Step-4
Grease baking pan with the remaining traces of butter
Step-5
Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes

I recently saw this cake recipe made using protein powder. Normal instructions on protein supplements says...not to cook it or boil it etc.. This is to prevent denaturation of protein. Then ...how does it justify using it and baking it.... Can U plz clarify
