Ingredients for coconut protein muffins
- › Coconut shredded : 50 gm
- › Vanilla whey protein : 2 scoop
- › Milk : 10 ml
- › Curd (fresh) : 85gm
- › Pinch of baking soda
Method
1. Mix coconut , whey protien and then a pinch of baking soda. Add curd to this mixture and stir well. Add milk to make the batter smooth. Preheat oven at 180 degrees C for ten minutes. Put the batter in muffin moulds or tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes. Yummy muffins are ready ! 😃
