Coconut shredded : 50 gm
Vanilla whey protein : 2 scoop
Milk : 10 ml
Curd (fresh) : 85gm
Pinch of baking soda

Step-1
Mix coconut , whey protien and then a pinch of baking soda. Add curd to this mixture and stir well. Add milk to make the batter smooth. Preheat oven at 180 degrees C for ten minutes. Put the batter in muffin moulds or tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes. Yummy muffins are ready ! 😃
