Ingredients for Coconut Milk Rice
- › 50 g rice
- › 100 ml Coconut milk
- › 75 g Paneer
- › 10 g Cashew
- › 50 g Carrots
- › 50 g onion
- › 50 g Beans
- › Whole spices
- › Garam masala
- › Red chilli
- › Ghee
Method
1. Soak rice for 10 mins
2. Take a water in a pan , and cook it for 5 mins
3. Thaw rice and chop vegetables
4. In a pan, sauté vegetables , cashew and paneer
5. Add spices , garam masala and coconut milk
6. Prepare a mixture and cook it for 5 mins
7. Add rice and cover the lid until cooked
8. Serve hot
