Coconut Milk Fussili
- 60 g Fussili
- 20 g Parmesan cheese
- 10 g Butter
- 50 ml Coconut Milk
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves
- 100 g tomato
- Italian seasoning
- Chilli flakes
- Black pepper
In Hot water , add Fussili and pinch of salt. Cook until it’s done
Strain water and keep it aside.
In a Heated pan , add butter , garlic , tomato , oregano , spices , cheese, salt.
Mix it well.
Add Fussili and cover the lid for 2 mins.
Add Coconut milk and mix it well.
Add Italian seasoning, black pepper and chilli 🌶 Flakes.
