  • Recipe Ingredients list100 g boneless chicken breast
  • Recipe Ingredients list10 ml olive oil
  • Recipe Ingredients list50 g sliced onion
  • Recipe Ingredients list50 g broccoli florret
  • Recipe Ingredients list70 g potatoes ( cut into a cubes)
  • Recipe Ingredients list5-6 peppercorns
  • Recipe Ingredients list1bay leaf
  • Recipe Ingredients list15 g Maggie Coconut milk powder
  • Recipe Ingredients list1cup hot water
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/3 tsp white pepper powder
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt to taste

Direction

Step-1

Take a pressure pan and heat it and add olive oil.

Step-2

Now add peppercorns and bay leaf, saute it for a while.

Step-3

Next add sliced onion and saute it for 4 minutes.

Step-4

Add all veggies and chicken and fry everything on high flame for 2 minutes.

Step-5

Take 1 cup hot water and add coconut milk powder and mix well. Pour this mixture in to the pan and mix everything well.

Step-6

Next add salt and pepper powder and cover it with lid.

Step-7

Cook it in medium flame untill 2 whistle and it's done.
