Coconut milk chicken stew
- 100 g boneless chicken breast
- 10 ml olive oil
- 50 g sliced onion
- 50 g broccoli florret
- 70 g potatoes ( cut into a cubes)
- 5-6 peppercorns
- 1bay leaf
- 15 g Maggie Coconut milk powder
- 1cup hot water
- 1/3 tsp white pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Take a pressure pan and heat it and add olive oil.
Now add peppercorns and bay leaf, saute it for a while.
Next add sliced onion and saute it for 4 minutes.
Add all veggies and chicken and fry everything on high flame for 2 minutes.
Take 1 cup hot water and add coconut milk powder and mix well. Pour this mixture in to the pan and mix everything well.
Next add salt and pepper powder and cover it with lid.
Cook it in medium flame untill 2 whistle and it's done.
