  • Recipe Ingredients listCoconut fresh- 30gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listCoriander- 30gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listDeep green chilly - 3
  • Recipe Ingredients listLime- 1
  • Recipe Ingredients listginger root- 5gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listgarlic - 5gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listsalt - as per the taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listturmeric powder- half tsp

Direction

Step-1

Clean the fish, put mid deep cut along it's length, and marinate it with ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder

Step-2

Meanwhile, in a mixer, add coconut, coriander, chilles, lime juice and salt and make a paste out of it.

Step-3

Now, marinate the fish with this paste for about 5 minutes.

Step-4

In a skillet, lay out the fish and top it with all the paste and little water (20ml).

Step-5

Let it roast for about 4-5 minutes and flip it once it's golden brown and do the same for other side.

Step-6

Voila it's ready! Enjoy!
