Coconut-Coriander fish ( No oil)

Fish- 200gm
Coconut fresh- 30gm
Coriander- 30gm
Deep green chilly - 3
Lime- 1
ginger root- 5gm
garlic - 5gm
salt - as per the taste
turmeric powder- half tsp
Direction
Step-1
Clean the fish, put mid deep cut along it's length, and marinate it with ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder
Step-2
Meanwhile, in a mixer, add coconut, coriander, chilles, lime juice and salt and make a paste out of it.
Step-3
Now, marinate the fish with this paste for about 5 minutes.
Step-4
In a skillet, lay out the fish and top it with all the paste and little water (20ml).
Step-5
Let it roast for about 4-5 minutes and flip it once it's golden brown and do the same for other side.
Step-6
Voila it's ready! Enjoy!
